Lemongrass Oil

Benefits: Refreshing

Uses: Fresh smelling room fragrance, helpful in warding off flies and insects.

Lemongrass is avery powerful antiseptic and bactericide. It has been found to have soothing effects on headaches, but unlike lavender, should be diluted in a carrier oil before gently massaging the temples and forehead as an undiluted oil would be damaging to the skin. As a bath oil, lemongrass is refreshing, antiseptic and deodorant but again needs to be used with care.

Aroma: Fresh, lemony, blends well with Geranium and Lavender.

Caution: May cause irritation to sensitive skin, recommended to dilute with a carrier oil when using on the skin.
